Description: Victorian 9ct Gold Ceramic Cameo Brooch depicting two female figures possibly nymphs in front of an alter. One holds a wreath and the other a Candle ??. There appears to be an object being put into the flames. I think this scene is possibly Vesper Fanning the Flames - but I am not entirely sure. The ceramic material is rather like Wedgwood / Adams jasper but this is not a wedgwood piece as it is unmarked and the colour is wrong for both Adams and Wedgwood. Its possibly Pate sur Pate.
